Review reports finalized by team members & discuss with concerned stores.
Visit stores/cfa/warehouses & discuss ratings with store team/franchisees, identify issues.
Complete fixed assets verification as per schedule and report discrprencies.
Monitor open observations of the reports issued and ensure timely closure of the audit observations by stores.
Closure of Discrepancies found during PSV.
Ensure audit parameters are strictly monitored and rating are done as per the revised checklist.
Revenue assurance through Desk top analysis on various processes - at least 2 processes in a month for each division
Analyzing and monitoring the various risk identified by the company and report to concerned on issues.
Drive various risk mitigation process implemented to ensure that it has been effectively implemented.
Report to all concerned of any new risk that has been identified during visit / compliances / reported.
Test the impact of new software.
Identify frauds.
New analysis on various process and identify gaps.
Prepare Monthly reports as per the agreed format, highlighting key risks observed during the month.
Monthly review with team members
Develop Dash Boards
Establish regional auditors.
Special Assignments based on business requirements.
Regular reviews with team and discuss gaps.
Mentor, Coach and lead the team.
