Ensure that all training programs comply with relevant regulations and industry standards and maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of training delivery.
Foster strong relationships with bancassurance partners, key stakeholders, work closely with regional sales and cross-functional teams understand specific training needs and customize programs accordingly.
