Key Responsiblities

  • Manager - Bancassurance will be responsible for handling an on roll team of 6 -10 sales managers in Bancassurance Channel via Digitally.
  • Has to handle 10 -12 Branches of a Bank.
  • Handle a digital sales channel and generate Insurance business. 
  • Monitor the day to day activity, planning & execution of the banca team.
  • Building good relationships with the Bank's Cluster Head, Branch Manager & allied staff to achieve Cluster sales target.
