Build progressive partnership with the stakeholders in the bank at Cluster and Branch level.
Ensure Business Plans are discussed & agreed with Cluster Head on monthly basis & ensuring key actions are executed and reviewed.
Drive sales for the cluster as per assigned target, identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
Conduct regular performance reviews & give constructive feedback to ensure outcome is achieved
Daily updates in alignment with Clusters of focused business parameters-Business Plan, Branch Seller Activation and persistency and thereby tracking the performance in all the parameters.
Anticipate training needs for the Bank’s seller, create learning opportunities to upskill & spread awareness of our line of products.
Drive a culture of recognition to accelerate revenue generation in the channel.
Ensure operational effectiveness & control, workflow compliance with all regulatory requirements
Ensure Talent attraction, retention & development & reduction in of cost of operations & manpower
