Provide inputs for product improvements, new product launches and improvement in sales processes.
Take steps for ensuring quality of business, reducing customer grievance and better persistency.
Effectively execute various cross sell/up sell campaigns launched centrally for incremental business.
Collaborate with HR & Training team for smooth on-boarding of new joiners to elevate their success.
Effectively manage overheads and thus ensure reduction in of cost of operations for the zone.
Take responsibility for development of regional managers and planning for succession acting as a mentor and coach and taking follow up action to ensure employee satisfaction and motivation.
