Develop the estimate of demand, production, sales, and resultant inventory for all categories of Fashion.
Plan the revision of AMS for demand loading and periodically monitor it according to the mix of new products expected in the next 3 months over 6 months period.
Setting the norms for all stores for all categories along with Category Managers Generate the indents for all categories for new developments and peat products.
Closely working with Category Managers to form the store normal across all categories with understanding of Core and Regional product.
Conduct meetings with the Category Team to accurately forecast the new product demand for every store based on the product details like pricing, features, target customers etc.
Forecast the demand for new categories that would be introduced in the future based on certain rationale and industry knowledge.
Manage any skew in sales based on regionality, local festivals or any other marketing led activities resulting in sales surge etc.
