Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure Product Quality – both presale and post-sale.
  • Ensure and organise technical training needs for MBR channels
  • Ensure Quick and Quality service at MBR channels
  • Monitoring and enabling MBR channels (RSs/DDs & IDDs) purchase of TCL products
  • Setting up Targets and enabling/supporting RSs & DDs to achieve targets of both primary and secondary
  • Monitor the supply of Parts across the territory (Dealer activity level -penetration)
  • Coordinate with MBR channel and organisation exhibition ( product show case)
  • Ensure RSs ordering Spares & Straps through D2D
  • Ensure MBO service centres expansion
  • Ensure RSs healthy stocks @ their end as per prescribed norms.
  • External Interfaces Internal Interfaces
  • RSs / DDs and IDDs
  • RSs – Club dealers and Dealers
  • DDs-Direct billing from Company
