Job Description

  • Generate  business from the large IT companies where the employee strength is more than 5K and above.
  • Develop business from Educational institutes / Universities for medals / Alumni gifting / Batch reunion etc.
  • Key Account Management - Ensuring growth in business from large corporate houses with annual business revenue of 2cr and above  with increased engagement with the clients. Handle Aggregators with an annual sales revenue of more than 10 Crs.
  • Rewards and Recognition Catalogue / Website - Develop new areas of business by registering Company  Products in employee rewards and recognition catalogues of large companies .
  • Look for large business opportunities in sectors where our contribution is minimal. 21 industrial sectors have been identified out of which the majority of the business is generated from the top 7 sectors .
  • Able to deal and interact with decision makers like the senior management team of the companies like the  HR Head / Sales and Marketing Head / CEO etc .
  • Ability to generate new leads / maintain business from existing customers and activate the dormant clients.
  • Pleasing personality ,Excellent business communication skills , Presentation and Excel skills.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders like the corporate marketing team , Product and GV Channel teams, Factory teams of both watches and factory for smooth execution of orders.
