Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assess local market to implement a proactive and effective strategy to target and acquire HNI clients.
  • Drive btg sales team in the field towards new business initiatives both within and outside btg environment.
  • Assess potential & propose developmental opportunities in partnership with Btq, CRM and other corporate departments.
  • Demonstrate expertise in customer base by having knowledge of top customers.
  • To consistently interact / engage with HNI customers / New Customers & devise tailor made programs to constantly delight them.
  • To understand & conceive optimal methods/media/channels to communicate to the TG
  • Act / coach as role model for sales associates by exhibiting the highest customer service standards.
  • Drive Be-spoke as a key differentiator for the brand and as a business model.
