24-Hour Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through ZOEYS WORKASSIST PRIVATE LIMITED.

We offer a full refund for any cancellation request made within 24 hours of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The service or product has not been used.
  • The cancellation request is received within 24 hours of the initial purchase time.

To cancel your purchase and receive a full refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service department by email at contact@workassist.in.
  • Provide your order confirmation number and clearly state your intention to cancel.
  • A customer service representative will process your cancellation and confirm the refund within 15 working days.

Please note:

  • Cancellations requested after the 24-hour window or after the service or product has been used will not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
