Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Offer product knowledge, advice, and assistance to help customers make informed jewelry selections.
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers and closing sales.
  • Suggest complementary products and upsell to maximize revenue.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the jewelry collections, including the 4Cs of diamonds, gemstones, and various metal types.
  • Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends and styles.
  • Educate yourself about the features and quality of the jewelry in the store.
  • Provide information on jewelry care and maintenance.
