Achievement of store sales targets as per plan for retail metrics like UCP value sales, bespoke revenue, conversion & repeat customer, average ticket size.
Conduct home visits, new collection introduction, and reduce dormancy by direct connects, customer profile enrichment after meeting the customer
Curate experiences in coordination with Privet for birthday/ anniversary celebrations of key customers outside or within boutique.
Tap into repeat customer network by planning and executing events in-store or external with support of repeat customers.
Maintain efficient store operations through morning meetings, store upkeep and VM, grooming score, commercial compliance, SOP compliance, stock rotation
Ensure exceptional customer experience through CRM updating for product related NPs, CRM fill rates, ZPP enrollment, NPS surveys
Lead store team by motivating, coaching and training staff, conducting quarterly review and feedback
