About the Role:

As our Regional Training Manager - Bancassurance, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training programs for our bancassurance partners. You will work closely with regional sales and distribution teams, bancassurance partners, and product development specialists to ensure training programs are aligned with business objectives and address the specific needs of our partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify the training needs of our bancassurance partners across the region.
  • Develop and implement engaging and effective training programs covering product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance regulations, and customer service skills.
  • Utilize a variety of training methodologies, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, and on-the-job coaching, to cater to different learning styles.
  • Deliver training sessions to bancassurance partners across the region.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, ensuring all content is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry regulations.
  • Partner with regional sales and distribution teams to ensure training programs are aligned with sales goals and strategies.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with bancassurance partners and act as a trusted resource for their training needs.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in life insurance and bancassurance training.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Training & Development, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs for sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.
  • In-depth knowledge of life insurance products and the bancassurance model (highly desirable).
