Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the creation, maintenance, and organization of the digital product catalog.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, including descriptions, images, prices, and specifications.
  • Implement SEO strategies to enhance product visibility and search rankings.
  • Optimize product listings for conversion by creating compelling and informative content.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and consistency of product information.
  • Address and rectify any discrepancies or errors in the catalog.
  • Work closely with the merchandising team to coordinate product launches, promotions, and sales events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging product content and campaigns.
  • Analyze customer behavior and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Use analytics tools to measure the performance of product listings and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Familiarity with the ecommerce platform and ensure that the catalog is aligned with platform capabilities and guidelines.
  • Work with IT teams to resolve any technical issues related to the catalog or product listings.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Make recommendations for product catalog enhancements based on market research.
  • Focus on improving the overall customer experience by ensuring a user-friendly and informative catalog.
  • Gather and respond to customer feedback related to product information and presentation.
