The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations of the bank branch, ensuring that the branch meets its sales and service objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management: Monitor branch performance metrics, prepare budgets, and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, risk management policies, and internal controls.
