Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of sales associates.
Schedule and organize staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance issues.
Ensure exceptional customer service by setting and maintaining high standards.
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as necessary.
Oversee the arrangement and presentation of merchandise on the sales floor.
Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the merchandising team to replenish stock as needed.
Set sales targets and goals for the floor and motivate the team to achieve them.
Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and meet targets.
Ensure the store operates efficiently and adheres to established policies and procedures.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock outs or overstock situations.
Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to streamline operations.
Implement security measures to prevent theft and loss.
Conduct regular audits of inventory and cash handling procedures.
Collaborate with the security team to address any security concerns.
Foster effective communication within the team and between different departments.
Provide regular updates to upper management on floor performance and challenges.
Conduct regular team meetings to disseminate information and address concerns.
