Design, develop and execute Transformation journey for various formats ( D2D, Neev, Bytec, bytec POS) Craft strategies to build systems and processes to drive transformation & digitization across all touchpoints.
Work on ways of making targeted interventions as per the cohorts identified through user data.
Understand customer requirement and develop and define value added services at various touchpoint
Conceptualize and develop rollout tools and services enabling digitization of customer experience (like Interactive digital screens, new technologies etc.) across stores aimed towards elevating customer experience and managing physical limitations
Design and develop customer facing policies, empowerment policies. Create SOPs for the store operations aimed towards standardization of customer experience across stores
Create audit parameters with focus on providing standardized customer experience and review the non-compliance points
Leverage sales and bytech data to enhance the effectiveness of merchandising solutions
Ensure D2D compliance and effectiveness.
Work with retailer and internal teams to automate processes and increase efficiencies
Liaison with Sales team and roll out new initiatives on effective usage of CRM and great events at a retailer point
Prepare insights on all the digital initiatives and cascade to all the stakeholders (Retailer /RS/ABMS)
